Up on your arrival at the JRO airport, you will be picked up by one of our office representatives and drive you to Arusha town. Overnight at Green Mountain Hotel.

Acacia woodlands, water forests, baobab strewn cliffs, algae-streaked hot springs, swamps and the lake itself. And thanks to this the small Park is able to support a large number of animal species and incredible bird life.

We will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha at 0800 and drive to the Marangu Gate. After registration clearance, your climb will commence at 1,720 meters to Mandara Hut (2,700 meters) through the rain forest. This will take about 3 hours. You will have dinner and overnight at Mandara Hut
